  1. For the 2015-2018 Edge Sport, their "lifetime" free tuned stopped after their V3. Which was back in November 2017. And only for 91 octane & above. Before buying it myself, I had higher expectations from them. Now regret I did not go with one of the other tuners that could be used on other vehicles or offer more customization such as showing the current gear indicator.
  2. Since the forums new format, I have found this setting that I find very useful, thought I'd share it just in case someone was not aware of it. Pressing the "Unread" button on the top right takes to a view of all threads with new "unread" posts (obviously), but you can change a setting where clicking on any thread would take you immediately to the first unread post in that thread. Also, you can save this setting as default so it is always your default when viewing "unread" posts. The setting is under "Read Status" and to save it you need to click the button on the top left (green here since it is already set as default).
  3. Love steering wheel upgrades. It is the thing you touch and hold the most while driving and makes a huge difference. Unfortunately the ST doesn't have the adaptive steering, hence it is not an option for 2016-2018 Sports.
  4. If you still have time, might want to consider the OBDLink EX adapter that was developed with input from the ForScan team. I think they even benefit from it which which then support their work.
  5. You have a 2011 I believe from reading your other posts. This thread is about the 2nd Generation Edge (2015+) which completely different, so the results might not be same.
  6. In the mobile view I can't see signatures. Attached screenshot is what I see (as akirby stated, only my details show for me). @robertlane, Can you please look into this? It was really helpful. Thanks. Another issue, were't ads disabled for Platinum members?
  7. eBay would be a goo source. Also TascaParts is website I used a lot for OEM parts. Though are you sure the rear end is failing? I don't recall members with such issues. Also, if you do replace it eventually, remember that you will need to update the rear axle code into the PCM. either through a dealer or perhaps ForScan. Active Torque Coupling Configuration.pdf
  8. Can't open/play the attached file format.
  9. That's for the F-150's 2.7L.
  10. I remember the details were shown, like region, number of posts and most importantly their vehicle (model/year). That was helpful, I don't see them anymore. Is it a setting I'm missing?
  11. The attached is probably the latest, but can't confirm it. MC-10164418-0001.pdf
  12. I didn't try it myself, but as per the Owners Manual, there is a second button/tab that should also be pressed for removing the headrest (both buttons to be pressed simultaneously while pulling up).
  13. Using ForScan you might be be able to get the door code. Or, if you get a working 2nd key, there is a procedure in the Owners Manual to show the code. It is under "Displaying the Factory-Set Code" To get a 2nd key as you only have 1 key now, you can go to a dealer, the more expensive option. Or for a cheaper options, you can buy it online (e-bay for example) and take it to a locksmith that has the proper equipment to program it for you & get the emergency key cut. Also, ensure who ever does the programming to erase the missing key so it does not work on your car anymore.
  14. Congrats & welcome to the forums.
  15. 1- I do. 2- I remember it around 27-28 psi for the warning to illuminate. 3- At 30psi, tires will probably wear on the edges noticably more than the center. Also it would have a small effect on fuel consumption.
  16. Make sure you have the latest firmware on the MX, might be a cause for your connection issues. Connecting with the OBDlink should prompt you for the update. MX reached Firmware V4.6.1, also the EX reached V5.1.3.
  17. On the subject of Engine Cover, found this stated in the 2015 Edge Source Book:
  18. Heater core replacement involved removing the whole dash. So it is a labor intensive job. Also I am not sure if the OEM heater core is sold separately or as an assembly.
  19. Seeing how on both sides they use screws while only the middle ones are like that makes me think that if it where fixed directly without some sort of insulator it would have an adverse effect on something, probably noise or vibration.
  20. It does not sound normal, as what @akirby stated above. You could try to disconnect the vehicle's battery for ~10 minutes so it will re-learn the adaptive parameters and see if it helps.
  21. I had meant that the shield itself has a new part number. Right side: K2GZ-5811782-A replaces G2GZ-5811782-D Left side: K2GZ-5811782-B replaces FT4Z-5811782-B, FT4Z-5811782-G, FT4Z-5811782-H
  22. It is strange that you are having those issues on the 2017. Seems you might need to try another dealer. Or just try to disconnect the battery for ~10 minutes to reset the PCM.
  23. The same link from post, go down and you'll see another diagram for middle/rear part of underneath the Edge. #1 here has left and right parts. Opening anyone of them will give more details of the part in addition to the part numbers it replaces.
  24. I am guessing that this is what you are looking for. if it is what you mean, then the shipping cost is much higher than what it is actually worth.
