    Hard to start

Sorry, I don't know. But I'm sure someone will sure be able to answer your question.

    Hard to start

I believe it is the computer assisted cranking system.
  3. If I'm understanding correctly, you supposedly got the TSB done? Shouldn't the LMS tune be updated to the new PCM strategy before loading the it?
  4. The TSB @2FAST4U is referring to was posted in this post:
  5. Welcome to the Forums. A very long first post ?. Hope it remains fixed. I don't remember a similar issue being reported before due to the MAF Sensor or cleaning it. There is always a first time (or my memory is is not good).
  6. Just noticed this. On my 2016 Edge, when the low fuel pop warning comes up it does NOT show the distance to empty. I have to clear the message and then go to a screen display that shows distance to empty. The 2011 MKX I had before showed the distance to empty like above, was annoyed by this in the 2016.
  7. If I remember correctly, the horn for 1st Gen Edge is behind the bumper on the passenger side and removing a headlight requires removing the front bumper. But I also remeber it that the horn was accessible from the wheel well, just remove the screws holding the wheel liner to the bumper.
  8. It is mentioned in the owner's manual that running out of fuel causes damage not covered by warranty, though I know of several owners of late model Fords that continuously run very low on fuel and actually ran out several times with no I'll effect on the fuel pump. I guess the cats would be more affected due to the misfiring caused by running out of fuel.
  9. Once you get to "0" miles to empty, you will still have few miles to go. There is a considerable reserve.

    RIP

    Glad everyone was OK.
  11. A good start is to see if you have DTC codes using ForScan. ForScan has the ability to read advanced Ford specific DTCs for all the modules. Attached is the service manual diagnostics for the system. Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) DT.pdf
  12. Yes. Exact same issue. Very annoying. On the hole idea, I remember some early Edges (previous gen) had a whistling noise caused by an incorrectly sealed mirror at the bottom. With how aerodynamically mirrors are designed I would be worried from the side effects. Also I've noticed water coming from in-between the folding part.
  13. Usually the Edge's rear view camera is considered a very good one, at lease from my observation. But also on my 2016 Edge I started to notice that depending on the angle of light that is coming from behind it would show the image and as though the lens is dirty. Probably a defective camera that had some moisture come inside.
  14. If you're planning to get a tune, I remember someone saying Torrie from Unleashed was able to do it with his tunes. LMS tunes does not.
  15. From this post on the 2GFusion forums, I was able to disable the feature where the HVAC blower speed would go to a low speed during a call on bluetooth. Also, at least on the latest build, ForScan already has this feature under FCIM. 7A7-01-04 x0xx (for my Edge, stock was "8", changed to "0" when disabled).

    Seat Covers

The "mesh" part is actually "Miko" Suede leather. Don't remember anyone complaining of it's durability. I wouldn't worry about it.
  17. They should give you corresponding part number for the rotor. From the part umber you'd be able to know which size you have. From here, it looks E1GZ-1125-F is 17" (smaller size) and K2GZ-1125-B is 18" (the bigger size). Also, if you register on http://www.etis.ford.com/, you can check with your VIN, Vehicle Summar, Minor Features, it should list something like "Brake Disc 18 Fr Vent/17 Sol Rear"

    They are waiting for you.
  19. Though it is not user changeable, you can use ForScan to change the max Temp.
  20. Unlike normal turn signal levers, the 2011-2014 Edge & 2011-2015 Explorers (and corresponding Lincoln models, maybe some years of the Taurus/MKS too, not sure) had a turn signal level that when pushing to signal would still return to the middle position (the lever would not remain up or down), but the signal would flash until a turn is made or the lever is moved again. That is why you have 2 settings for ABD for each number of flashes. This post from the F-150 Forum has better explanation.
  21. Although the 2011-2014 years have the same bolt pattern as 2007-2010 years, they have a different hub size. 2007-2010 uses 70.6mm 2011-2014 uses 63.4mm Not really direct bolt on.
  22. Right side. Left side. They also Motorcraft. The Owners Manual states them as: WW-2755 (driver side) WW-2760 (passenger side)
  23. @onyxbfly I tried to message you but seems you can't receive messages. Wanted to ask how did you get the Cluster programmed. Did you ship it to Dan or was it only a matter of ABD edits using ForScan?
